What is Aqua Blasting?
Vapor Blasting Process
Vapor blasting process uses a specialized enclosed cabinet with a powerful pump that mixes water and blast media into a slurry, then through a nozzle, combines with very high air volume to vaporize as it contacts the target metals surface.
How it Works
In slow motion, the blast media is cushioned by water as it contacts the metal. It then flows across the surface at high velocity creating its unique peen and cosmetic effect. Typically, Aqua Blasting will result in metal surfaces being restored to ‘as new.’
Final Result
This cushioning effect means that metal parts are cleaned without damage or erosion of the surface. For engines in particular this means that parts machined to close tolerances will not be affected by the process. This allows for safe carbon removal from pistons, valves, heads and bearing cavities.

First, we have to evaluate your parts.
Are your parts assembled? Are they heavy, greasy, or painted? These questions all factor into a price based on work that must be done before ANY blasting can start.
We can degrease, chemically strip and pressure wash your parts if you cannot. In some cases, we can plug and blank off holes to prevent any media penetration.
